Know Yourself DVD is an OK intro to this sort of thing. It's weak on multi-media content which seems to be a requirement to keep a pre-teenager's attention these days. This is not a replacment for one on one talks with dad over a course of years. It also doesn't even touch on certain aspects that I was expecting - granted some of this stuff is awkward to talk about, but it needs to be done. I plan on watching it every 6 months or so along with some TOB stuff when he gets older.
